Any high school senior residing in the geographic area of the Multiple District 31, who is the child of a blind parent(s) may apply for aid for continuing their education.

Every summer, more than 850 visually impaired and blind campers enjoy
weekly stays with daily events and relaxation while developing long-lasting relationships
with other campers. A blind person residing in the geographic area of Multiple District 31 is eligible to attend Camp Dogwood during the summer.
